Transformed DICOM to PNG images

This dataset contains the “DICOM data” of the RSNA-MICCAI Brain Tumor Radiogenomic Classification challenge in PNG format. The original dataset has a size of 128 GB, whereas this one has a size of 5.2 GB.

Notes

  • Images sizes have been kept as the original ones.
  • To further reduce file size, all empty DICOM images files have not been included in the dataset, you can easily spoil them by looking at the images sequences (Image-X.png)
  • The structure of the dataset is not changed. I.e all .dcm files are now .png files.
